Rumia Invest Park Sp. z o.o. – a special purpose company established by the Municipality of Rumia in 2017.
It supports the city’s development by attracting new investors and managing investment areas. It also offers comprehensive service and support at every stage of the investment process. The company is responsible for the construction of internal roads along with the necessary infrastructure in Rumia’s investment areas.
In March 2024, a modular warehouse and production hall powered by green energy, built by the company, was put into operation.
Rumia Invest Park initiated the establishment of the Pomeranian Competence Centre for Offshore Renewable Energy in Rumia. As part of PCK MEO, educational programs are conducted for primary and secondary schools. The Competence Centre is one of the initiators and, together with Rumia Invest Park, an organizer of the EDU OFFSHORE WIND Educational Career Fair. The developing Competence Centre serves as a hub for business and scientific cooperation, exchange of experience, and best practices in offshore wind energy.
Rumia Invest Park is also responsible for developing and implementing the concept of energy independence for the city of Rumia.
