An expert in the field of supply chain for the offshore wind energy sector and the regulation of the Polish market in this field, associated with the offshore wind energy sector from the beginning of his professional career.

Sławomir Bałdyga – Director of the Industrial Supervision Division of PRS S.A. 27 years of offshore experience, Mechanical Officer, Auditor, Marine Warranty Surveyor, member of ABS Safety Improvement Team, Project Manager, Offshore Lead Surveyor, Assistant at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Maritime University of Gdynia. Member of the Coordination Council for Offshore Wind Energy, appointed by the Minister of Climate and Environment Member of the Entrepreneurs' Council of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Shipbuilding at the Gdańsk University of Technology.

I currently work at the Offshore Wind Energy Center at the Gdańsk University of Technology. I am responsible for the area of ​​education and broadly understood cooperation with industry. I am an educator, I willingly cooperate with young people in implementing innovative projects in the wind sector, but also in economics and business.
