Dr. Joanna Czerepko is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Gdańsk. In September 2023, Dr. Joanna Czerepko initiated the creation of the Pomeranian ESG Forum, the first meeting of which took place in the STARTER Incubator. Currently, she is focusing on the development of this project, the creation of postgraduate studies in the field of ESG and the further analysis of enterprises and consumers in the area covered by this acronym.

Aleksandra Zgrundo is a marine biologist and her scientific interests focus on the ecology and taxonomy of micro- and macroalgae and their use in environmental monitoring, aquaculture and biotechnology. She is currently employed in a research and teaching position at the Faculty of Oceanography and Geography of the University of Gdańsk, where she teaches, among others, ecology and monitoring of the aquatic environment.
I currently work at the University of Gdańsk as an assistant professor in the Department of Marine Biology and Biotechnology at the Faculty of Oceanography and Geography, where I conduct research in the field of biotechnology of salmonid fish production. He specializes in technical support for projects in the field of geophysical and geotechnical research, underwater positioning, intervention works in the seabed and designing underwater cable and gas pipeline routes.
