Head of the Offshore Department at ELECOM Sp. z o.o. A graduate of the Gdynia Maritime University with a degree in digital radiocommunication. Member of the NCSR Section at the IMO. Since 2011, he has been involved in the maritime industry in the fields of electronics, radar, and communications. He has actively participated in shipyard projects (low-current ship and naval systems), projects for institutions (Maritime Offices, Border Guard), as well as offshore industry projects (implementations for Offshore Wind Farm investors). He pays particular attention to navigational marking, communication systems, and radar systems used at sea. Privately, he is an enthusiast of lighthouses.
