Supply Chain Manager Orlen Neptun, an expert in the renewable energy market with over 10 years of experience in renewable energy, including offshore wind energy. Her experience includes working in international teams, where she developed a strategy for cooperation with local and international suppliers in the offshore wind project, ensuring efficient communication, process efficiency, and meeting all requirements of the Polish market in terms of the offshore wind act and local content reporting.
Her activities also include the creation of educational initiatives aimed at building and developing competences in the offshore wind energy sector, such as mentoring programs, re-sectoring programs, cooperation with universities.
A graduate of such courses and studies as: Project Management at the WSB University, Legal and Economic Fundamentals of the Investment Process and Functioning of the Energy Market at the Warsaw School of Economics, Master of Business Administration at the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development and the Management Development Program of the ICAN Institute.
