President of the Management Board of the Gdańsk Entrepreneurship Foundation managing the Starter Incubator.
Graduate of Philosophy and Human Resources Management at the University of Gdańsk and accredited lecturer of PRINCE2® APMG. In 2015, he was awarded the Medal of the Minister of Culture "Meritorious for Polish Culture".
Since 2021, he has been managing the Starter Incubator, initiating important projects as part of the promotion of the maritime industry. As a graduate of the University of Gdańsk Postgraduate Studies "Education for Sustainable Development: Offshore Wind Energy", he identifies the real needs of small and medium-sized enterprises and strengthens their competences to change the industry towards building a strong offshore wind energy sector.
