Director of the Offshore Wind Energy Centre at the Maritime University in Gdynia. He holds a Master of Science in Economics (International Trade) and a PhD in Social Sciences (Innovation Policy).
Tomasz is the co-founder and Program Director of the first MBA programme in Poland and the second in the world for the offshore wind energy sector. The Executive Offshore Wind MBA postgraduate studies are offered by the Maritime University in Gdynia in cooperation with Hochschule Bremerhaven (Germany) and Business Academy SouthWest (Denmark). These studies prepare top-class managers and specialists for Polish and international companies operating in the MEW industry.
The mission of CMEW UMG is to support the development of the offshore wind energy sector by preparing qualified, effective managerial and specialist staff. It is implemented by providing up-to-date, practical knowledge about the functioning of small hydroelectric power plants, developing managerial and specialist competencies, disseminating effective practices and sectoral solutions, as well as building awareness of the importance of small hydroelectric power plants for the economy, energy security, and solving climate problems.
